Introduction. Renoalimentary fistulas represent infrequent pathology with 27 literature reports. The oldest report is from the year 1953. Nowadays, they usually arise after cryoablation of renal tumors. In this case, we reported secondary renocolic fistula as an unusual complication pyonephrosis, well treatment modality, providing a review that favors conservative or minimally invasive approach in most cases fistula. Case report. our patient was young female long course kidney disease, which eventually led to pyonephrosis Initially, hospitalized due life-threatening urosepsis, successfully treated approach. Afterward, decided proceed surgical treatment. Regarding poor right function and presence concurrent sepsis, hemicolectomy primary ileocolic anastomosis nephrectomy were performed. postoperative without complications, discharged hospital on 10th day. Follow-up did not reveal any complications. Conclusion. available literature, frequently employed such cases. However, haemorrhage, impaired function, surgery offers only chance for cure. patients gastrointestinal pathology, option.
